Counting down the days

12 days to go and we will be boarding a plane to see our angel .
Would everyone please say a prayer for the judge on our case that he can see how much we already love this little girl and will give her a great life.
When I started the the adoption process I never doubted that I would love the child that was chosen for us I just knew I  would. But I did not realise you could fall this in love with a child you have only held a few times so FAST it is so true with adoption a baby may not grow in your belly but in your heart and she has. I feel the same way as I did with Lil Johnny and Paige you know like when you are about to deliver and you cant wait to hold them and love on them and take them home forever, well the same thing here I feel as if I'm DONE I'm ready to hold her,love her and bring her HOME.

A special thanks to Crystal,Anna and Tanya for the wonderful adoption showers.I got so many great gifts and had a great time with friends and family.We are so excited we will be boarding a plane in 16 days to head back to Russia to go to court and make everything official.30 days after that we will travel back to bring her home forever.Can't wait to get her home!!!!!! So If I am calculating correctly we will have her in our arms walking out of the baby home on June 25th.

Court date

WE HAVE A COURT DATE!!!!!!! We will arrive in Russia on May 21st and court on the 24th. I can not tell you how long we have waited for this day! Well as a matter of fact I can it's been over a year and a half but she will be worth the wait! We will then come home for the 30 day wait period and then head back to Russia to pick her up from the orphanage and bring her home forever.I want to give a big thanks to everyone that has helped in bringing her home from friends To family to all of the nurses and doctors,accountants,finger print techs,Judges,sheriff stations and most of all my great agency that has helped with more support than I could have ever imagined. They say it takes a village to raise a child it also takes a village to get one home:)

Summer is here and the kiddos are loving it!!

A little closer

We got a little bit closer to a court date our Moe letter came in today and our paper work will be given the the judge on Tuesday the 27 th. So we are one step closer to going to court and bringing our sweet girl home.Things should start moving a little faster now and thanks to some very good friends I have two adoption showers in April so that should be an exciting month!

BLOG AND PRAY

Well these days while we wait to hear something on a court date we do allot of blogging and praying. Blogging because I love to follow other peoples journey and it helps me to know what to expect.And praying for our little girl while we can not be with her and also praying that we hear something soon on a court date.I can not wait to be a family of 5.
